47729 Associate Tracking Application

I am resubmitting this proposal to those who gave me an original quote because I felt I needed to give more detail so you would be able to give a more accurate quote. Please resubmit your quote. I am prepared to move forward with this project as soon as I find a programmer I feel comfortable with. I have a special need for an associate tracking application. I am creating a website that will generate some traffic from search engine optimization, but much of the traffic will come from visitors directed to this website from other associates. I will need to be able to track these visitors and have the following capability: a) If the visitor decides to become a customer, I will need to be able to direct them to the correct shopping cart to place their order. Each associate has their own shopping cart. This does not have to be a full-fledged affiliate tracking program. I do not have to keep track of sales or pay commissions. I just need to be able to identify who owns the customer and be able to direct the customer to the correct shopping cart whenever the customer decides to place an order, whether it is immediately or a month from now. b) A custom contact form. If the visitor decides to click on the contact tab, the contact page will need to display the name and phone number for the correct associate. Also if the contact form is filled out and submitted it will need to be delivered to the correct associate by email. c) As far as administrative controls, I need the ability to add and change associate account information, and I will need a rotator to distribute visitors to associates when the visitor does not belong to anyone. Most likely they found the site through a search engine and were not directed by one of my associates. I will also need to be able to track how many customers this website has distributed to each associate and whatever stats you can make available. d) I would prefer not to use traditional associate web tracking addresses (i.e. [login to view URL]). I would rather do away with the question mark symbol and just use [login to view URL] if possible. e) It would also be nice if this would enhance my search engine rankings through link popularity, rather than hurt it or have no affect. FrontPage is all I know, so it would be nice if I can create this website in FrontPage and have you add the functionality I have requested.
