I want to offer my site visitors a web page where they can do perform a real extensive search to find a suitable domain name(s) via our website and register this.
Therefor I want you to develop a couple of scripts. The visitor must be able to:
1. Search the domain name from a big list of TLD's (whois). Multiple TLD search;
2. Make a combination of three lists where they can enter keywords. The script builds the list with wordcombinations (plus the - combination added) and can check if they are available. Approximately like the script that can be found on: [url removed, login to view] Not one word per entrybox though but three boxes where you can fill a list of words plus a list with TLD checkboxes, not just one TLD to check for;
3. A domain name suggestionstool. Some sort of synonym / thesaurus finder. Type banana and also get apple and gun as suggested words;
4. URL expiration email notifier script. A script that emails you when an expired domain name becomes available. That gives immediate notice that the 'on hold' domain has dropped out of the registrar's database.;
I already found some software that offers some of these above mentioned features I'm actually looking for. Plus a lot more then I actually looked for (handy !), but still not all I have in mind. I want to make it really really easy for clients to find domainname(s) they're looking for so that they will purchase a domain and also will make use of other services that we offer (website hosting/webdesign/email marketing/branding/etc.).
The software that I'm talking about can be found at [url removed, login to view]
It's a 'complete' solution to register domainnames. It offers a real powerfull multidomain check on a lot of TLD's and even a URL expiration email notifier script. What I miss though are the scripts mentioned above.
Two additional questions that I like you to answer when applying:
Do you perhaps know better software for this than HostDirector?
DO you have any other suggestions for scripts so that visitors will register a domain name easily?
So I'd like you to develop the scripts and get then to work with either HostDirector or any better domain name management software.
Thanks for your quick reply,
