The user experience
The system will allow users to securely log in and fill out fields in a html form. The user will then select "send mail".
Information entered by the user might include Address, name, telephone number etc
The information entered by the user will be automatically integrated into a existing PDF template letter and sent to their email address and the email address of the administrators choosing. The data entered into the form will be stored in a mysql database for future retrieval
The user will be able to check and view emails they have sent in the past. When they click "view" on a letter it will be generated from the data stored in the Mysql database.
The user will be able to change their password.
The Admin system
The admin will be able to create new accounts and assign default passwords.
The admin will be able to view a list of all letters made by all customers. They will be able to limit it to certain days/weeks/months or users.
The admin will be able to assign individual users 'credits' that can be used to send emails. When a user has no credits they will be unable to send emails.
The Admin will be able to set up credit subscriptions for users so that their credits are refreshed every day/week/month
The admin will be able to assign individual pdf templates and individual html fields to individual users.
