I have a website that is currently down, due to database connection errors. The server admins blame my scripts with Zencart, which were fine 1 week ago and have been fine for a couple of years. All of a sudden this has happened and they can't fix it. I have a blog on the same server, connecting to another database which is fine.
When I try to access home page, I get this Zencart error:
There seems to be a problem connecting to our database. Please give us a few minutes to remedy the problem. Thank you.
When I try to access Zencart admin, I get this:
[select * from project_version WHERE project_version_key = 'Zen-Cart Database' ]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.
I can access the server control panel just fine.
