I have recently purchased some code on [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) to modernize my existing order form. This site is going to be new so I don't need to take any old data with me. After testing some features and reading through the code I realized that there are a few things missing that I need. 1. Once a "product" is created you can add many "options". These options all take the shape of a select box or multiple select boxes depending on how your options are structured. Based on the way the individual options are linked to individual products, I could have hundreds of options for just one product. And I have dozens of products. What I need is a reusable set of features (currently labeled options) that can be enabled and disabled depending on the product. The Feature may be a different price based on the Product selected. So the price of the Feature is determined by the Product. Plus the math to get a final price for the feature can be challenging. Per Product: Update to existing area List all Features available Enable/Disable Feature specific to Product Edit price per Feature specific to Product Per Feature: New area View/list all Products with specific Feature enabled Update/Edit Details of Feature. Details would be something like multiple colors, fabrics, etc. The price is fixed for the Feature, changing the Detail would not change the price. Example: Product is a car. Feature is tires. All tires cost the same on this car but you have to ability to select a Detail that is a different brand or size of tire. View/list all Products using Feature with prices (optional - not required) Add Feature Add Detail to Feature Remove Detail from Feature Remove Feature These would take the form of several different input types such as checkboxes, radio buttons, select boxes, etc. One feature that is across all products There is one Feature that I am particularly having problems with. Example: you are ordering business cards. The first 100 business cards are included in the price $10. You can order 25 business cards, but the minimum price would still be $10. After 100 the per card price would be fixed per size of card. Add to that a special finish Feature that would be a per card markup for the sum of the cards. Specific features Need a sample discount Feature which is a percentage deduction Need a Feature for RUSH which is a percentage markup per product in the cart If more than one of the same product is ordered, it gets a 10% discount in the cart This is one part of a larger project I have been working on. I have a deadline to release this I have other future features I would like to add, but this takes precedence. For candidates: If you cannot work within the budget, please provide an estimated number of hours with a +/- 10% margin of error. Please provide some similar work product examples.
