Vtiger Issues

We have this 2 issues:

1.- We need more characters to the field "Colonia" (PO Box) in LEADS

2.- I'm using USD as default currency but most users need to have MXN (mexican pesos) as default for some reason in the opportunities tab everytime a person creates an opportunity the system adds or discounts some decimals, for example when they create a 25,000 opportunity after save the system is saving either 24,999.07 or 25,000.04 something like that it takes or add some decimals we havent identified the pattern but it does like that.
