Switch for confirmation letter script for omtech

I need a switch for each property owner, so they can decide if they first want to be sent the automatically confirmation letter (as pre confirmation) or if they want the system to sent automatically the final confirmation letter so the guest receives directly all their booking details (without sending the preconfirmation) and in the availability calander the system directly changes the status of the availability.

So actually the same as before without the need to reconfirm each booking as a property manager/admin and without sending the pre confirmation letter.

There is always a new user account created for each booking, this must stay the same even though the property owner wants the final confirmation sent directly.
