Repost: Setup aMember script - pages and layout-$400(repost)

I need someone to setup my aMember script ([url removed, login to view]). I have the content. Most of the work involves configuring the script and setting up templates. Here is what needs to be done: 1)Site should have the feel and functionality of [url removed, login to view] 1.a)setup opt-in form on main page (name & email) with results returned to admin and 'thank you' email to visitor and confirmation page. 2)Setup 18 pages with the provided content. At least two of these pages should allow for easy upload/removal of images by admin (this feature may already be included in aMember, but I'm not sure, if not, it needs to be created). 3)Setup catalog page and shopping cart for 30 products 4)Setup\configure newsletter template with archive feature (this already in the script) 5)Setup 6 membership levels (already in the script) 6)Setup 'Join now' & 'buy now' buttons 7)Setup a blank template for additional pages Additional work to follow for the right coder.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
