PHP Application for send email

Hello,

Your job is to create a small PHP application that allows me to dedicate my server shipments via email with a link to a text database with 5 million email addresses.

This application will allow me to download. CSV format my database (segmented into 35 separate files of between 2M and 20M)

I want to send an email to the easy spread of this database.
