1. You will be creating 2 forms which are long. After submitting pdf should be created & the pdfs created also should be in a particular format as required by us.
2. After filling visitor should be able to select payment mode - CC Avenue or Manual Payment.
a) If CCAvenue is selected then the form has to be sent as pdf to admin & the visitor emails. After successful payment even the admin & visitor should get confirmation mail. The form should contain unique oder ID for all further reference.
b) If manual payment is selected then form has to be sent as pdf to admin & the visitor emails. In the next page show order ID & our bank details.
This needs to be completed as quickly as possible.
