Fix code in PHP custom made core PHP CMS system + fix cron jobs of SiteMap

I have a list of broken links that most of the same issue with accesing to the MySQL DB and show an error - I need to get them all fixed - I believe that fixing one of them wil reflect most of the others because the error that is shown is the same.
Another issue is the sitemap that stopped being regenrated since we moved to a new hosting company - I need someone that is expert with Linux & Cpanel to know how to fix the reindexing of the sitemap and make the cron job to work daily again.
