Magento Website Speed Fixing

We have a Magento Website hosted on Windows 2008 server. So, PHP, MYSQL is installed there running via FastCGI.

Our magento website is "extremely" slow. Even the backend is slow. At the moment we have disabled cache and even if we enable cache, the improvement is little. We want a very fast loading Magento website.

We are happy to buy some off the shelf extensions from magentoconnect if that can help speeding the magento website with "amazing" speeds.

Feel free to look at the scripts, do tracing, debugging or anything to speed up the site - if you want to configure PHP/MYSQL, feel free, adding modules, feel free. I just want speedy magento on Windows 2008 environment use cache techniques, make sure to use it properly.
