UPS Integration with xcart

This is an urgent project. We need somebody who already implemented UPS XML tools before. We are going to integrate this little program with [login to view URL] shopping cart system. if you don't know anything about xcart, it is no problem. We can handle that part. The system works like this: Customer orders, seller makes the packet ready and logins into x-cart to create shipping slip. Customers will get a form asking necessary information to complete the process. Most of those information will be filled from the mysql orders table in x-cart though. It is being dispplayed in the purpose of confirmation and any modification needed. Then seller submit the form and it creates the shipment in his [login to view URL] account, plus opens up another page to be able to print the label. After a successful transaction, it should save the tracking number into mysql table. Please read the detailed technical information in the attached file. We purchased a library from a company that developed a php class, so you will not be developing the whole thing from scratch. But you need to have any experience with UPS developer account setup and etc. I can decide on somebody by friday night so that you can complete the project by April 23, Sunday 1pm Eastern Standard Time. You should spend enough time to walk us through your code to implement into xcart. Enough English and communication through telephone or Skype is necessary for that. Being communicative and quick before and during this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux,mysql,php
