Python/PHP script to read calendar entries from Zarafa mail server and creating crontab entries.

Job Description:
I need a python script which will read the calendar entries from the zarafa(7.1.7) mail server for a specific user.
Then create the crontab entry based on that calendar entry.
You may have entry which will be repeated at any interval ( as per Outlook calendar ) or single entry.
The script will have to be able to add/change/delete cron jobs based on that.
