OSCommerce Gift Certificate Module

I need an OSCommerce gift certificate module that will allow the customer to fill out a form (To: name ... From: name... Amount: $ *** ) and then see purchase the gift certificate and choose a delivery method. 1. E-mail, 2. Mail, 3. Print . The gift cards will be given a bar code and 8 digit id that the store will then be able to scan or type in and record for their books. It should work similar to this : <[login to view URL]> But will work in conjunction with OSCommerce. I need this asap. Here it a more clear explanation: The shopping cart is allready completed using OSCommerce. Now we want to add a product section called "Gift Certificates", and in that section, the user will have the option to choose from several gift certificate looks based on occasion, Birthday, Graduation, Thanks... then the user will be able to type a message like: To: ... From: ... and a Caption: ... Thanks you,... Love... Happy Birthday ... Then the user will be able to choose the delivery method: Store Mail out, E-mail, Print... The gift certificate will be assigned a unique number / UPC code or whatever, to verify that it is unique and that the store can validate with OSCommerce, and also add to their Point of sale system for tracking and billing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
