Linux Ubuntu Assistance Needed - VM images

Good afternoon, First, happy bidding to everyone and good luck. I'm looking into figuring out the whole Turnkey Linux VM system that has WordPress on it. I need some customizations made to it to perfect it for our internal office use. Please take a look at Turnkey Linux + WordPress, you can download it for free to see if you can do this. NEEDED: Our office setups bunch of test machine with WordPress, rather then having to install linux LAMP every time then install WordPress, I suggest to use Turnkey Linux VM solution. It's quick, runs the server, and has the WordPress installed on it. Here is the problem; 1. When it first boots up, WordPress title says Turnkey Linux. I want that changed to something more generic, like USER BLOG or something 2. The WordPress in there, well it's old. I need someone to either setup for it to grab the latest version of WordPress, or an easy command for me to run as a cron each week to make sure all plugins and WordPress core files are up to date. 2. It also seems like Ubuntu or whatever runs on start up assigns a default and the SAME password over and over for WordPress admin, MySQL and Root. What I would like is to have all three made RANDOM. So every VM machine would have a different one. 3. This is relevant to the above, I'd like to have the WordPress admin, MySQL and Root password email to my email address. NOTE: Another option, would be to email the root and mysql password to my email address, but setup a first time run HTML welcome page, so that when you first visit the IP address, it will ask you to input WordPress admin username and password that our employee would like, than he can click finish button or something and its all done, takes him the WordPress blog... You only see this Welcome message page once on a new boot of a VM. Than of course, everything has to be put back together into a VM ware file, so that we can create our VMs for our employees. I will also require some samples, you let me know how you can prove to me, you can do this, I'm a visual person to make believe. :) BUDGET: Ideally, this shouldn't cost much more than $75 since everything else is there just need modifications done to work as I want it to be.
