Realisation of Joomla template/website from design

The project is about making a detailed Joomla website out of a design made by a design bureau. Our clients wants it exactly matched to this design. Find as starting info attached the PDF version of the design. A few things are important: - There are Adobe Illustrator source files as well as the fonts used - The upper logo is available in 3 colors and should change, mayby by animated gif - The website must be viewable on both iPad as normal pc - The horizontal colorfull picture in the header (als contains text) must be linkable and changes when visiting another page or using the > on both sides. When changes it mustn't slide but fade! Delivery must contain: - Installed Joomla 3.x on the customers domain but development done on own webserver (since their current site must be online during development) - Design of template matching to the made design - Creating of all pages but detailed filling we can do ourselves Looking for a very experienced Joomla freelancer with good reputation. Work done in max 1 week and will select programmer within few hours.
