388 Joomla, Gallery and PayPal

I am looking for someone who can either develop or modify existing code to achieve the following: Joomla site, with a gallery component (no preference), ability to show specific images chosen from the backend in a module using scroller or similar, lightbox ability, now for the bit I'm stuck on, depending on which group the user is logged in as (lets say a group called "Press") they can download any image they want, anyone NOT in the Press group or Administrator group is not able to download the full size, hi res image, but they can, via PayPal, purhcase the image. Does this make sense to you? Do you already know of a component/modules which will achieve this? Then I want to hear from you ASAP Thanks in advance.
