Extracting and uploading the files (Joomla/Virtuemart)

Hello Everyone,
I have hired a freelancer for this project which I have posted earlier - [url removed, login to view]
He has done all the changes and completed his work. But It has been 2-3 days or even more since he is not uploading the changes, though he has uploaded a zip file to the server and that file needs to be extracted so that I can see the changes on the website which I have get it done through this freelancer.
He has already taken so many days and still not doing the job, may be there are some of his personal problems but I am a businessman and I really don't have time as he has already wasted my very precious time.
If any freelancer can extract the files and upload it as soon as possible in 20 minutes, 30 minutes. I really don't have a full day time.
