wordpress site with form and voting

I would like exactly the same functionality that is found on the "propose" and "proposals" pages of : http:// nextberlin [dot] eu On the 'Propose' page - the user fills in a from with some details in specific user fields. We would like to use exactly the same fields - with exactly the same options. This is then added to the 'Proposal' page - where others people on the website can Vote the idea up - and where if you scroll to the bottom, the page allows you to load more ideas without having to refresh the page. There is also some search functionality - and the ability to see only ideas from a particular Track. --- I've had a look at various plugins for forms and voting on wordpress - I imagine this should be resonably quick and simple to create using some of these. I do need this project completed ASAP - ideally this week! - So if you can deliver it this week please bid - but if you don't think you'll be able to deliver it in the next 7 days then please don't.
