I have a forum where members are doing transactions based on points and/or cash. [url removed, login to view]
I want to make this into a system where instead of admin having to give the points to each user, that the points system keeps track of itself. I want a forum area with customizable catergories and boards, and an admin and moderator system as well.
Here's how it should work:
Cash auctions are handled like normal auctions and can have paypal instituted into the profile for payment options.
Points auctions are to be handled where members can list the items they have for auction, with a shipping price handled in "points". The persons are able to bid for a variety of preset times (such as 1 day, 2 days, etc.) Then, once the winning bidder is determined, the poster will ship the items to the winner. The points are automatically deducted from the winner, and they can only bid on items where their max bids equal their total points. Once the winner receives the item, they should have an area to click stating the item was received. Once received, the winner should be able to leave feedback for the poster. Once the winner clicks received, the points are then granted to the original poster. Admin should be able to change and grant points to members, and modify or delete posted auctions and forum posts.

The shipping should be able to be set in points or money no matter what kind of auction the poster intends. So they can post an item for points but the winner pays shipping.
