My website business has numerous old accounts built in Adobe Golive 6.0.1 and CS2 that require periodic edits. While the website colors and text usage are CCS controlled, the layouts are primarily tables, not CSS designed. These will not be upgraded to CSS. Some of the websites are not what would be called current by modern design standards, and some are very rudimentary, but that is the way they need to remain. My business is busy with larger projects, therefore we need to outsource numerous client edits, to someone who has years of experience with Adobe GoLive, JavaScript, PHP and Photoshop. Sometimes a site needs 20 photos resized and html inserted into High-Slide image gallery, other edits are simple deletions, adding a new page with a product, edits of all types with multiple skill levels including working in Flash. The problem I run into when outsourcing is the developers ability to understand English. If I have to write a page to explain one edit, and then the developer has to redo it three times to get right, that is a waste of my time. Scriptlance is rife with these type of amateur developers. Therefore, if you are from India and can't speak English fluently, this project is not for you. Only proficient readers and writers in English need apply. A sample portfolio is a must. History on Scriptlance or another programmers site is important. Extensive Adobe Golive user with table layout experience is a must. Proficient in English is a must. Able to think without direction is absolutely essential. An eye for good design is very important. Any of these not met, the project will be cancelled during process. I have four hours of work now, but more are available. The budget does not reflect the project value, only the entry into it. Edits will be sporadic over time, not consistent, but the winning bidder could become more and more involved if you prove to have the right stuff. Looking for $10 to $15 an hour outsourcing.
