What I need done:
We have existing support section in our web site which the web programming need to be done. We started to develop it and didn't finish because out of time. I have very deeply experience with web developing so if someone think to provide unprofessional work. this is not the job type for him.
Keep in mind that We don't need a design because the design is ready so we need only web programming. We have designers in our company and interface engineers. So we are talking about only writing codes. even if there is need we have the capabilities to write sophisticated algorithms.
The support section is part of our web site and we don't want to use shelf product or any open source product. so you can't use such sources in our job.
The web programmer need to handle all the stuff related to server scripting side and client scripting side.
The server scripting side include PHP version 4 (ONLY) on Windows Server 2003 platfrom. This means that the scripts which written need to be compatible with Windows Server 2003 while PHP is running as CGI binary file.
I don't want to find my self with a programmer who write code and doesn't care about the platform which the code will run on it.
All client scripting side need to be 100% compatibe with W3C standards and the compatible and looks the same on the following web browsers:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x , Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.x , Firefox 1.0 and above , Mozilla 1.5 and above , Safari 1.2 and above , Netscape 6.2 for Windows/Unix and above
The Programmer is also responsible for making QA (Quality Assurance) for each script code which he writes. The Job is not defined as 100% complete if the code didn't pass QA process by the programmer. I don't want to find my self with a programmer that just write codes and doesn't care about the final state.
The encoding of the pages need to be in UTF-8.
The Programmer need to work with MySQL database which is running on Linux Platform. So the scripting which is written must be case sensetive. I already wrote it on the first line that I have very deeply experience with web developing So don't even think to write unprofessional codes.
All the scripts need to include notes for future developing. This means that if we would like to continue developing in the future then a programmer need to have the tools to read the code and to understand in short time what's the idea. I don't want to find my self with a programmer who doesn't care about future developing.
As I already mention that the support section is already exist in our web site. The developer will need to improve the existing support section in our web site by means of client side scripting and server side scripting.
The Programmer is also responsible for secured scripting. This means that the code need to be secured and without any flaw. Protected against SQL Injection and Cross-site scripting. The Job is not defined as 100% complete if the code didn't pass security checking.
What I already have versus what the provider will build:
We have ready web site , the support section is already included and embedded inside the web site. (The support section is available on the following URL: [url removed, login to view]).
The GUI is in hebrew language but pay attention that we don't look after a web programmer who knows hebrew. This is not needed. we look after offshore developing in lowest cost (if I get high bids then I will develop it my self). A programmer that will proved himself will continue to work with us on long term period.
Specific expertise that I am seeking:
server scripting side:
PHP Version 4
client scripting side:
CSS Version 1
CSS Version 2
MySQL Version 4
Timeframe for delivery:
I need to have this up and running within 2 weeks.
The project request Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Payment will be done only after 100% of the work. I already mention what is 100% work complete.
I ask only freelancers and not companies who take big commision and search after suckers to pay huge amount of payment while in the meantime all the workers inside their company based on freelancers.
