PHP / Ajax coder needed for Portal and aplication coding

We are looking for a reliable coder/firm to develope a kind of clone similar to the following websites softonic(com), uptodown(com), and similars. This will include: 1-Full membership registration, allowing them to download the files from source, review and vote the applications, send comments to other users and other usual membership features. 2-Index in the main part of the portal with thumb and little description, language flag and average stars (votes) like its displayed in uptodown(com) - Where it says "Novedades". This must be automaticaly made from backend, and then able to complete the full description of the software, with 5 different variations that we will evaluate like "Design, Performance, Stability, Functions" and some others. 3- We will need to have a forum integrated with members database profiles. Last messeges will be displayed also in cover of the site. 4- Will need to create automated rankings such as "best rating", "most downloaded", "More reviewed and commented", and some similar.
