Photo contract

I want a website built where photographers can go and signup and send a contract to their clients for hem to electronically sign the contract and send it back, photographers will be able to receive their signed contract in seconds and not wait around for days. They would be able to retrieve their contract from their account with a minimum storage that holds all their contracts. I am looking for a company that has done something similar and I would want to see what they have achieved before.

To sign up it will cost $9.95 a year and you can send as many contracts to clients as you like. I would like to talk designers that have these skills and can get the job finished in a timely manner. other websites that have a similar software are [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] I would also need to buy the rights to the concept so there is no reselling the idea to other clients. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I have attached a basic design to give you an idea of what I need to say and achieve but I am open to better ways of communicating it.
