Pass page details via javascript

OK I have some javascript code similar to a web analytics system which passes some variables back to a php page. Now i want to upgrade my code, to pass back the following details:

Page URL

Page Title

Referring web page

Keywords used to get to this page

The script will be used on multiple sites and so i would need to be able to add a unique id number.

I will provide a sample of my basic code which i am using now but would need this updated or made from scratch, i will also provide the php code which catches the page url etc. At the moment it doesn't always get a url, or keywords when the visitor has come via search engines. And it doesn't currently get a page title, which i would need the new one to do.

Please not this project will not be awarded until the 31st march as i am working on another project and can not start until then.
