Need expert in Google Maps API or similar (vBulletin-site)

I'm hoping I could find a person who can help me with the following project. Background: I have a vBulletin site ([login to view URL]) which I have implemented Google Maps on. You can see my website here: www.biirds.com. When the site is finished it should be totally focused on the swedish market. My users are able to upload photos to different countries and citys, and they are able to pinpoint where in the world they are. The users are also able to create a travel and connect blog posts to destinations. The site works similar like travbuddy.com. What is my problem: The biggest problem is that the users can't search for the countries and citys in swedish. They can only search for countries in english, which is because my site should be in swedish a big problem. When I go to Google Maps for example, I can search for citys in both swedish and english. Maybe Google Maps has a API for this that could be used? Or could I use any other sources for my site, for instance simpleGeo? What I need: I need a programmer who has worked or know what vBulletin is, and that is an real GEO-expert (Google Maps, or any other good service).
