I want to make a feature for my site that is similar to myspace's "Edit my Top 8" page.

Its basically a drag-and-drop tool to arrange the display order of a person's friends list. This should be done with javascript, and the contractor will work with my developer to install and integrate into my website.

I am looking to pay on the lower end of the budget scale, and payment happens after the script is installed and working on my server/site. I've worked with many contractors here on GAF (see my feedback) and am looking for someone talented with java script with good communication skills. Other java script work may follow. Cookie cutter responses will be ignored.
