Modifications of wordpress theme

I search a person to establish new elements in this wordpress theme:

Theses elemens are:

- space for the ads

- to allow to publish articles as for a blog: a page of this topic will post the articles which I will write (addition of scroll…)

- addition of a video space with the plugin “video featured” of wordpress (just to create the place for that)

- modify the design of this template with a background more green as the image include this post.

I add the .psd og theme. The modifications must be include in the template with a good effect.
