Require a component to register users (and details) to allow them to securely submit and store client information. This will typically be a 10 page application form (with validation), where the contents will need to be transferred to a document (which is pre-formatted, can be provided as PDF or DOC/DOCX files for each different lender) and converted to PDF to avoid further alteration. Registered user will also have the ability to attach and upload further documents and a dropdown selection box with the type of file they are attaching.
Registered users will have the ability to track there own individual cases by stage (pre-defined) which can only be updated by managers within the organisation. The system will require a notes based tracking system with date and time stamp and automatic email notification of an update.
We will also require a payment section via Google Checkout, but will require a fully integrated API versionwere clients are not aware they are using Google for payments.
