Holiday Rental Website

I need a PHP/MySQL/Javascript/CSS developer to do the back end programming for a holiday rentals website. Iam a web developer who will be doing all the graphic design/rollovers etc but need an experienced PHP/MySQL developer to build the scripts and database etc. The PHP must be heavily commented as I will be learning the language myself. The site will require customer login/administrator login. Where customers join enter their details and create their advert and upload pictures for their holiday rental online. Once they are happy with their ad they can pay online for 12 months (or more) subscription through paypal or any other system you recommend where their advert will be pending. When a payment has been processed and we have recieved payment we will need notification by email then we as an administrator will know to check the advert before making it live. The client will be able to log in and amend or change their advert online using the customer control panel. We need an administrators control panel where we can log in as adminstrator and gain access to every advert and pictures, which will be identical to the customers control panel with extra features enabling us to make the advert live or renew/extend subscriptions and also add/delete adverts and pictures accordingly. I have created layout pages to help with the design of the scripts/db for all the pages but may need to add or modify some at a later stage. There may also be extra paid work at a later stage in development for the right person.
