I'm looking for someone to complete a multi stage project based mainly in Javascript with a PHP/MySQL backend. Currently there are 4 stages but I expect to add a further 4-5 stages. I'm looking for fixed price for each stage. Completion successfully of a stage will then lead onto the next stage and so on.
The first stage is to develop a screen that auto resizes, has 5 div's in it that can be resized. In one of the DIV a table similar to an excel spreadsheet needs to be implemented. The columns should resize in both height and width. A column manager should be implemented that enables the addition and removal of columns.
I'd guess in size this first stage is about 1 man month of effort.
I do have some code requriements to take account of, the main one being it must all be written from scratch, I don't want to use any libs that are in existance today unless there is a VERY good reason.
