Dynamic calculating machine / calculator

Dear all,
I need to set up a simple online calculator.
People should be able to fill 5 datas. Then, the tool will automatically calculate the result of a simple calculation.
Some ratios, division and multiplication should be done (non visible) before doing the final calculation.
It should be dynamic. People should be able to change one of the 5 datas, with a scale button, and the result should appear instantaneously, depending on the different data changes.
You should provide me a quick explanation on how you will do it. Moreover, I should be able to change the calculator later. So you need to give me the source code. In the future, I will probably have to do 4 or 5 more of thiese calculators.
Please, give me a quick description on your method, and not only a pre-formated message.

EDIT : I had a lot of questions. To clarify the project, I just ipload a picture to show details of what I want (except it's not graphic). But the main functions needed are listed and I added comments to show you how it should work.
