Need to build a sql based database with:
Names - char
Addresses - char
contact - num (Home, cell, Office)
email - char(should verify)
dept involvement (eg. cell, worship, etc)
official members (registered or not)
visitation (visitation record)
how came to know about grace? (options such as friend, web, etc)
The database should be online. More than 10 people might login through different computers to add data, also the database must be available offline in one pc only. So there should be an option such as syncing.
We expect it to be easy to use. With login page. And also the database should be available to auto categorize itself. Like this:
I will add an information of a particular person in adding a new person area. Later when i go see at the Dept Involvement page, it will show the list of people in particular dept. (Sub category for Dept. Involvement will be such as Multimedia Dept. Cell Dept., Outreach Dept, Language Dept. and etc.)
Also the database must be friendly search enabled. Such as i want the list of people born in January, baptist in January, or list of members of Cell: Aravia (Category: Cell, Sub category: Aria, Veria, SUria etc.)
