Custom Joomla Component

We are a tailored suit company who provide the majority of our services online. We require a custom Joomla component to provide our staff with a 'dashboard' view of individual customers. A detailed specification will be provided but the basic outline is: The dashboard will pull information from VirtueMart, our customer services interface (OTRS) and some other database tables. Our staff should be able to perform certain functions from the dashboard such as edit information, chase up orders via email, send text messages to the customer (we have a text messaging account). Some of these functions are currently manged through a form created by a component called Facile Forms. We would like to integrate this functionality into the customer dashboard and retire Facile Forms. Skills required:Joomla component building, PHP, MySQL, Javascript. Experience with VirtueMart, OTRS and FacileForms are all bonuses too. Project Start Date: ASAP Project Length: 7-10 days After the successful completion of this project, we have plenty of other projects coming up and would be willing to enter into a long-term relationship with the right person.
