I have email issues with my online CRE loaded store.
Our email was recently switched from POP3 to our own email exchange.
We run Windows Small Business Server 2003.
We no longer receive emails from our store. (i.e., salesorders@, copyorders@, pillows@ etc etc)
As a customer no emails are received if you have pop3. If you register an account with us and you use webmail such as Yahoo or hotmail everything is fine and you will receive order status updates and account registration confirmations. If you register an account with us using a GMAIL address you will receive nothing from our store.
There appears to be a couple of bugs rattling around that need looing at urgently
I would also like to update all of the email messages on the store whilst this job is been de-bugged.
Also on our contact page we receive no emails if somebody fills in the form. A coder has recently checked this and it appears the code is correct and this may be a server issue/ mail settings of some kind
