Project Overview:
-Client would like a clone of [login to view URL], with a combination of front-end and Back-end Admin Panel to administer the members and content of website.
-This project will be spilt into 2 parts: (1) Design Phase + (2) Development Phase.
-(1) Design Phase is actually the most important part of this project. You must be detailed and prepared to produce illustrated 'screenshots' of each login page in the Admin Panel as well as the Front End. Client will not accept excuses like "...this will be covered in the actual development work." or "...this is too detailed for us"
Tasks required:
1) For Phase (1), you will be required to produce a "Design Document", which is an illustrated MS-WORD document to describe both the Website Front-end and Back-end Admin Panel.
2) Once this Document is approved, you will proceed to Phase (2) which is to develop the website based on the Design Document in item 1)
Payment Terms:
1) If your feedback is 20 or less, you will need to deliver complete work before full payment is transferred to you. (Please check our feedback, we pay on time, every time. This is to filter only serious Service Providers. *We have been cheated several times*)
2) If your feedback is 21 or more, 50% escrow will be transferred upon project kickoff and released upon client confirmation of design concept. Remaining 50% will then be escrowed and released on project completion.
3) Source Codes must be delivered b4 completion of payment!
Some Details:
-You are to sign an agreement not to use this project in any way as your project reference, be it on print, website, email or any corporate, personal or freelancer website.
-We will providing a Cpanel development account with php, mysql for this project.
-All Development work will be done on this account for the duration of this project.
-Upon client approval of the work done on this development server, you will then upload the files into his actual live site (which is also Cpanel, php, mysql).
-You will also need to provide a 90-day debugging, should any errors or bugs appear within 90-days after service delivery.
