web page is here : [login to view URL] you want to work with in this page only. There are 3 options for book a car for customer. A. Non KSTDC Billing Rate B. Non KSTDC Billing Flat Fare C. KSTDC Digital Billing Rate How we want work it ? firstly "Fill out form :" div (entire part) want to hide when visitor came to this page. so only show 3 options for booking. [top div part] If visitor choose plan A : this part very simple. visitor select a car with in 3 cars. then click "Book Now" button. Show [appear] "Fill out form" after he click "Book Now" button, then show his selected plan [Non KSTDC Billing Rate] and car name [which is selected] at left side of fill out form. Right part for grab visitors information. validate it. and send all information [plan, car name & visitor information] to specific mail id. collapse "fill out form" and show a "thank you message" If visitor choose plan C : [B plan is something tricky so i explain last ] C plan also easy like A. here not option for choose a car. but visitor want to choose a location at "Select Location : " input. location list in a sql data table [location column]. here need auto fill option when visitor type location names. Show [appear] "Fill out form" after he click "Book Now" button, then show his selected plan and location at left side. Right part for visitor information. validate it. and send all information [plan, location & visitor informations] to specific [same] mail id. collapse "fill out form" and show a "thank you message" If visitor choose B plan : This plan working something tricky (for me, not for you). if visitor like to choose B plan [Non KSTDC Billing Flat Fare], first he need to select a location at "Select Location" input area, (its same as C plan, locations auto fill from sql table) There is the important work. there is also stored "Extra fare per KM" values [amount] In the location sql table. Each location have different amount for 4 cars[which is in the list]. "Extra fare per KM" amount want to change automatically [use jquery/javascript] for visitor selected location. [i don't like page refresh] if he select another location,then that 4 cars "Extra fare per KM" changes to that location. Show [appear] "Fill out form" after he click "Book Now" button, then show his selected plan location and car name at left side. Right part for visitor information. validate it. and send all information [plan, location, car name & visitor information] to specific [same] mail id. collapse "fill out form" and show a "thank you message" it is the work description.
