In exchange for 20% ownership plus whatever fee I pay you (best quality bid gets the job), I'm asking you to build me a relatively simple website that sends people emails later after they draft them up in their account on this website.
Basically, the website has to have a sign up page, personal account pages after one signs up, options on the personal account page to basically write anyone (up to a 1000 users or more) & it can have more than one recipient copied and have an external "key feature" which allows another account holder to "push a button" and then all the emails are sent. There are some other features, but we'll talk about that through PM's and if we agree to work together.
I'm thinking honestly of a budget of about $300 plus the equity. I think this is for someone who honestly "believes" in this project so that they can work with me make this a great long term business. You do have to sign a confidentiality agreement. I swear the right person/team will LOVE this project & potentially benefit them very much!
*look like most typical Web 2.0 websites
*create a "sign up" feature
*link the database to each account where users can constantly log in & build emails or messages to their friends which aren't sent
*eventually, the emails will be sent later
*possibly have obituary pages like [url removed, login to view] does
There are other sites like it already out there, but I ask for a few more features and just a better job done. Examples include: [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] & [url removed, login to view] to get an idea of what you'll be creating.
