I need a form created in Adobe LifeCycle Designer using Java script. The form will consist of a header row and an initial single row. The user will click a button to add another row to the table or remove a row. When the user gets to the end of the page, the table row flows to the next page and continues. Another button will allow the user to start a new blank table following the last row of the previous table. I have the form created, I just need the Java Scipt entered and fully documented since it is a learning experience for me.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Program the necessary Java script in my form that will allow the table rows to flow from a full page to the next page. The user will add additional rows by clicking a button. The user will be able to click another button to add another duplicate blank table following the last row of the previous table with spacing between the last row of the previous table and the header of the new blank table. Script should allow the new blank table to flow to a new page if theres not enough room on the previous page. I will provide the form for the Java script. Any needed modifications to the forms format must be discussed and approved by me. All Java script will be heavily commented so I understand what the script is doing. The completed form and Java script must be compatible with Acrobat Reader V8
Windows XP running Adobe Acrobat
