Web Based - Calendar - Contact - Accounting web app

Hello, We need a simple web app that will include a calendar, contact manager and accounting modules. It must work on a regular web browser and smart phones (like the droid and iphone, preferably with iUI). For the calendar, something similar to this: iPhone look [login to view URL] Reg look [login to view URL] Contact Manager needs to have normal fields, name, phones, emails, etc. Account App is very simple. Date, Product, Client Name, Income or Expense, Amount Need to be able to export client and accounting information to CSV for everything, or just within certain dates. Everything needs to work together so you can pull client information into accounting and calendar. This will be a multi-user app, so there needs to be a database which will store everything for each user, with unlimited user. Each user will have a unique calendar, client database and account database. We need a front end login that will be supported with automated [login to view URL] subscriptions.
