We are a group of students who are looking to set up an online support system, the system will use a ticket system which a user will log into to send us details of their problem (hardware/software) the system will use a database to store all issues and all resolutions so after a period of time will almost self serve the client. the system will also allow us to take control of the clients sytem if they have signed up for this service, this will alow us to provide remote assistance when reqired. the system needs to include a paid membership system Help ticket system conected to a database that will log all problems and resoulions so if the user enters their problem and the problem has been addresed before it will automaticaly send the solution. if the problem is not stored already then a new ticket will be mailed to us and we will then reply and these details would be added to the database (smart system) if the problem required us to login to their system we can initiate a remote session through the system and the client would just need to acept the incoming conection for us to take control (remote desktop) this idealy would need to run on a secure server SSL simular to remotly anywhere but without all the bells and whistles The system should have an admin backend for us to be able to edit the database and manage other functions on the system
