1-Modify the combat code.
Combat now is based on rounds, where most attacks are automated, and only special skills and spells are queued, and player and opponent are locked into same rounds. I want combat altered to allow players and opponent(s) to attack independent of rounds, player will auto defend but not auto attack. This will require the addition of round time, where actions will be assigned an amount of time in seconds to accomplish, and no other queued action can happen until round time has passed, as well as stance/ballance/fatigue elements so that a player can not just spam the queue. I can provide an example of what I want.
2-The skill system is percent based meaning that a character starts out at 0% and maxes skill ability out at 100%. I want this changed to where skills have ranks (levels) ie
Swords 1.67 ranks.
Leather Armor 107.51 ranks.
This way players wont max skill/spell ability out at 100%. Skills and spells will gain experiance with use, as well as training points gained from leveling. I can provide an example.
All modifications must be stable and work with game play.
This is all I want in this first round of modification. If this goes well I will want more in the future. The code base Im woking with is Coffeemud and is available at <[login to view URL]> so that you can see what it would take to affect the changes I would like.

Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

The code is written in java, so it should opperate on any opsys that java will run on.
