Selenium based tool with scrolling and pauses

Hello, I am acquainted with the Selenium testing tool and the web plugin that comes with Firefox as well. I need a tool based on Selenium that allows me to browse web site and to a demo recording and then run it back several times to check for visual appearance differences. What I miss in the original recording are scrolling functionality (not embedded and should be done with the v2) and pauses - I need to do load a page, wait for 1-2 sec to view, scroll down, wait for one more sec, scroll to bottom etc. All the navigation functionality - clicking images and links - should work flawlessly as represented by the standard Selenium Web tester. For the bid I need some briefing how you plan to implement this - extension of the plugin or some 3rd party tool that leverages it so that I can decide if it works for me or not.
