I have several Facebook apps that I want migrated to OpenSocial apps on Myspace (and potentially Hi5, Friendster, and others). I've already migrated one, and want to add some features to it. I also want to create new apps on OpenSocial.
If you're not familiar with OpenSocial, that is OK. It is so new that I don't expect anyone to be an expert at it. I do expect you to be a fast learner however.
I am looking to pay hourly, between $10-$20 per hour depending on your experience, speed, and quality of work (I will start you off on the lower range, and raise the rate as you prove your abilities).
I'd rather pay hourly instead of per project because I will have a lot of apps for you to work on here, and I don't want to post projects for every little thing.
I am not looking for a team. I want a single individual who is an excellent programmer, has integrity and honesty, and is motivated to learn new things. You must be online and accessible via IM at least 40 hours per week.
- Highly motivated, quick learner with 3+ years of PHP experience.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, XML, AJAX, and CSS
- Proficiency of MySQL table and query design and optimization
- Familiarity with Subversion Repository and Bugzilla file tracking
In your bid, indicate your hourly rate that you want to start out with (given what I wrote above). Also indicate your experience level with my requirements - cookie cutter responses and PM's will get ignored. Finally, indicate your familiarity with OpenSocial (take into account what I said in my 2nd paragraph)
Your bid will be for the first 10 hours of work on my projects.
This is a long-term position. And I'm looking for a serious candidate. If you're interested in a short-term project from yet another client - this is not the project for you. If you're good, I will have 40 hours of projects to give you each week for the next several months. I want to be #1 priority on your client list.
You can see from my 64 positive GAF feedbacks that I have a lot of projects to give out. And I want to reuse the same person over and over again instead of working with so many different coders. Again, I'm not interested in hiring a team. So please do not bid if you are not an individual.
