My company has just rolled out a new Domino website that was developed by myself and an external programmer. We now have many new feature requests, problems etc to fix and I do not have time and the external programmer's rates are too high to fit within our budget, so we're looking for someone else to take over the development of the site.
We would like to have a partnership with a trusted programmer/s, who can quickly respond to bug fixes and who will give fixed price quotes for new feature requests and site modifications..
Site is developed in R5 and advanced code has been written in Java, so experience in that language necessary.
Most new features will be of a workflow variety. Site incorporates an article publishing engine, document management system, contacts database and contact management, a couple of workflow systems as well as an email distribution system.
We will be giving the programmer access to our database, to ensure timely fixing of issues, so will need to have good credentials.
I'm looking for quotes for an hourly rate that work will be based on. Then we will be using this system to give continual one-on-one project enhancements to one, perhaps two programmers.
I estimate there will be hundreds of hours of projects over the next three months..
