Live Web Audio

I am looking for a live audio on a website script. I need to be able to take what ever is inputed into the microphone of the computer and broadcast it live to a specific website at a specific time. So it will basically have to have a button that says go live or something like that. I want to have all the equipment hooked up to the computer and when the show begins allow users to listen to the show LIVE from our website. This needs to look very proofessional and easy to use form both the admin and client side!!

I would also like to be able to have this script do live video. If it is possible to have the user select either video and audio, or just video, or just audio that would be the best. As far as the video I would say whatever is suggested as a input from a computer we can get, so if we need a video camera that has a video and and then a computer that needs a video in thats fine. Once we select a winner and get these projects finished we will then hire you to add a few more functions to this script, such as live timing and scoring but we want the above audio and video functions working first.
