I will require a total of two programs (the second program is based on the first programming assignment). You'll notice that the instructor also needs Psuedocode attached to the code itself. I can provide details on this if needed.
Here are the assignments (Project 1 is due 8-23-2004 and Project 2 is due 8-30-2004):
Using a GUI, write a Java program that calculates and displays the mortgage payment amount from user input of the amount of the mortgage, the term of the mortgage, and the interest rate of the mortgage.
Allow the user to input the amount of a mortgage and then select from a menu of mortgage loans: 7 year at 5.35%, 15 year at 5.5%, and 30 year at 5.75%. Display the mortgage payment amount. Allow user to loop back and enter new data or quit. Insert minimal (but meaningful) comments in the program to document the program internally. Attache a design Pseudocode or algorithm (.txt file or .doc file) to the source code (.java files).
The second project is based on the first and is a simple add-on. I'll give details to whichever programmer decides to take on this small project.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Any Windows compatable, Pentium based system.
