I'm a web designer, and I'm looking for a programming expert to help me with a client project. The website will have two portals that I need created/customized, and possibly some other small things outside of this bid). Portal 1: The client currently uses Eclipse to manage customer orders (they are an electrical distributor). They want an online portal where customers can log in to check balances, print invoices, order status, etc. I have an Eclipse Web Integration Guide from the client, which I don't understand at all, but hopefully it makes sense to you. I'm attaching it. I want someone who knows EXACTLY what they're doing with this. Portal 2: The client would like an employee portal where their employees can log in and check sick time, holidays, pay, etc. The HR department currently uses Excel spreadsheets, and needs to be able to import this data. Ideally this will be a pre-made script that you suggest, and we will work together to customize the look and functionality of it. Please let me know if you have questions and again I need a totally reliable EXPERT to work on this. I will need to get a few references from you as this will be a big project and I do not want to get screwed.
