The assignment requested is to create a series of WML Decks, using a combination of the Nokia WAP Toolkit 3.1, WML and WMLScript. Your WAP page must have a number of WMLScript features. The inclusion of dynamic content would improve the value of your site. You can presume that the site will be browsed using a Nokia mobile. Some suggestions: • An M-Commerce site like Book club, Video shop, Music Cd’s Club, Pet Store. • A Weekly Weather forecast site. • A Sports team site with team information, league standings, team statistics, player info, competitions won, upcoming team fixtures, etc • An Airport information site, e.g. location, parking, facilities, etc • A University/College new student information site, e.g. accommodation, clubs, sports, nightlife, places to eat, transport info, etc. • A University/College site with course and lecture information, assessment results, continuous assessment. • Any other ideas would be most appreciated on something that has been done, small. Your WAP pages should use as many of the techniques and tools covered in the course as possible. It should be visually interesting and well presented. It should be easy-to-use and feature as much user interaction as appropriate. I also have to include a small report on how features work, possibly a tree structure chart, design features, any special WMLScript features added and how they work.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) A Small bit of documentation on site design and structure of the site, the special WMLScript features and how they work.
